Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years management experience in retail restaurant grocery or service industry with financial responsibility
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with financial responsibility

- Excellent team leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to exemplify integrity and accountability at the managerial level
Job Duties
- Build, coach, manage and develop teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training standpoint
- Ensure the restaurant is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Compile work schedules
- Perform profit and loss analysis
- Control inventory
- Manage restaurant operations within a fast-paced environment
