Pilot Flying J is the largest operator of travel centers and travel plazas in North America, with more than 650 retail locations. As a Restaurant General Manager at Wendys, you will play a critical role in building, coaching, managing, and developing teams to deliver exemplary customer service. Your leadership will encompass staffing responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, and training team members to ensure everyone is prepared to meet the demands of a high-volume fast-food restaurant. You will oversee compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring that the restaurant meets health, safety, and operational standards. Your duties will also include compiling work schedules that optimize employee availability and store operations, performing profit and loss (P&L) analysis to monitor financial performance, and controlling inventory to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Customer satisfaction is at the core of everything you do, and you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business. This role demands excellent team leadership capabilities and strong customer service skills, along with integrity and accountability from a managerial standpoint. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years management experience in retail restaurant grocery or service industry with financial responsibility
  • Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Ability to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Job Qualifications
