As a Restaurant General Manager at Wendys, you will play a critical role in building, coaching, managing, and developing teams to deliver exemplary customer service. Your leadership will encompass staffing responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, and training team members to ensure everyone is prepared to meet the demands of a high-volume fast-food restaurant. Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years management experience in retail restaurant grocery or service industry with financial responsibility
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Job Qualifications
