Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or one to two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents and governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports and professional correspondence
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Basic math skills including algebra and geometry
- Capacity for problem solving and data analysis
- Must obtain Serve-Safe certification
- Attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days
- Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and supervisory practices
- Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong mathematical skills including basic algebra and geometry
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Serve-Safe Certified or willing to obtain
- Completion of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days
- Knowledge of company operating systems, policies, and supervisory practices
- Understanding of federal, state and local employment laws
Job Duties
- Manage operations and staff including adherence to all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Ensure achievement of objectives in all areas while following company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Conduct P&L analysis and implement corrective measures
- Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and training of staff
- Manage scheduling and inventory control
