The role of a Wendy's Restaurant General Manager within the WKS Restaurant Group network is a leadership-intensive position that involves overseeing all facets of restaurant operations. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or one to two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents and governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports and professional correspondence
  • Effective presentation and communication skills
  • Basic math skills including algebra and geometry
  • Capacity for problem solving and data analysis
  • Must obtain Serve-Safe certification
  • Attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and supervisory practices
  • Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
