The role of a Wendy's Restaurant General Manager within the WKS Restaurant Group network is a leadership-intensive position that involves overseeing all facets of restaurant operations. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or one to two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents and governmental regulations
Ability to write reports and professional correspondence
Effective presentation and communication skills
Basic math skills including algebra and geometry
Capacity for problem solving and data analysis
Must obtain Serve-Safe certification
Attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days
Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and supervisory practices
Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws

Job Qualifications
