Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods up to 10 hours
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to upholding food safety and operational standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management experience including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting
  • Strong leadership and people development skills
  • Creative approach to marketing and driving sales such as community engagement and fundraisers
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Ability to manage and motivate diverse teams effectively

Job Duties

  • Be guest obsessed and uphold standards of excellence and hospitality
  • Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience
  • Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, hiring, and performance management
  • Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and apprentices using company training tools
  • Oversee timely and accurate delivery of digital orders
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, recruiting, and interviewing
  • Maintain cleanliness and guest-ready condition of dining areas and restaurant
  • Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards
  • Achieve overall financial success through annual sales and cash flow plans
  • Work various shifts including lunch, dinner, and weekends to provide leadership
