Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods up to 10 hours
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to upholding food safety and operational standards

- Previous restaurant management experience including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Creative approach to marketing and driving sales such as community engagement and fundraisers
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Ability to manage and motivate diverse teams effectively
Job Duties
- Be guest obsessed and uphold standards of excellence and hospitality
- Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience
- Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, hiring, and performance management
- Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and apprentices using company training tools
- Oversee timely and accurate delivery of digital orders
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, recruiting, and interviewing
- Maintain cleanliness and guest-ready condition of dining areas and restaurant
- Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards
- Achieve overall financial success through annual sales and cash flow plans
- Work various shifts including lunch, dinner, and weekends to provide leadership
