We are currently seeking experienced and driven General Managers to join our team and lead our high volume restaurants to continued success. This position is ideal for leaders who are passionate about managing restaurant operations, developing teams, and driving business growth. Candidates with previous General Management experience in a busy restaurant setting are highly desirable, and McDonald’s experience is considered a significant advantage. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to advance their careers beyond the restaurant level, gaining exposure to higher responsibilities and expanded leadership roles.

As a General Manager with The Conlan McDonald’s, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth business functioning and a stellar guest experience. Strong leadership skills are essential as you will hire, train, and develop a motivated team that upholds McDonald’s renowned standards in food quality, safety, and customer service. You will also be responsible for financial aspects of the business, including Profit and Loss (P&L) management, budgeting, and meeting sales goals. This role requires a hands-on leader who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to help out wherever needed, demonstrating a team-player attitude and strong organizational skills.
