Job Requirements
- General management experience in a high volume restaurant
- Proven leadership skills and business acumen
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to manage and develop teams
- Strong organizational skills
- Friendly and enthusiastic leadership style
- Good written and verbal communication
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of general manager experience in a high volume restaurant
- Proven track record of effectively running a business
- Strong P&L management skills
- Expertise in food safety and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to staff, train, and develop teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of working varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- McDonald’s experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations
- Hire, train, and develop restaurant staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Manage restaurant financials including profit and loss
- Deliver excellent guest experiences and build a positive team culture
- Maintain high organizational standards and operational efficiency
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
