Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5 or more years of restaurant management experience
  • Proven leadership skills in high-volume hospitality environments
  • Experience managing P and L statements and financial performance
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume hospitality or food and beverage environments
  • Proven leadership experience managing large teams in fast-paced operations
  • Strong understanding of hospitality, guest service, and operational systems
  • Experience with P and L management, labor forecasting, inventory, and financial controls
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Experience with POS systems and restaurant technology platforms preferred

Job Duties

  • Create and foster an exceptional hospitality experience for guests and team members
  • Lead and develop teams to deliver elevated service standards consistently
  • Respond proactively and professionally to guest feedback and service opportunities
  • Monitor service flow and make real-time operational adjustments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Build a culture centered around accountability, hospitality, and teamwork
  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth execution across FOH and BOH
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, safety, and compliance with all health and labor regulations
  • Maintain operational efficiency through strong systems, communication, and leadership
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate facility or equipment maintenance as needed
  • Ensure all operational procedures and standards are consistently followed
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and mentor management and hourly team members
  • Create training plans and ensure all employees are properly developed and supported
  • Conduct regular coaching conversations, performance reviews, and recognition opportunities
  • Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture focused on growth and retention
  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
  • Own and manage all restaurant P and L performance and operational goals
  • Oversee labor scheduling, staffing levels, and productivity optimization
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, food cost, and COGS controls
  • Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, reporting, and financial accountability procedures
  • Support new restaurant openings, training initiatives, and company-wide operational projects
  • Partner cross-functionally with culinary, operations, and people teams to drive consistency and innovation
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to improve systems, service standards, and operational performance
