We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Restaurant General Manager to take the helm of our esteemed venue and lead it through its next chapter of growth and excellence. The Restaurant General Manager will play a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing every aspect of the restaurant's operations, from financial management and team development to operational oversight and brand representation. You will manage annual budgets, analyze sales and labor efficiency, and ensure cost controls are effective without compromising quality. Hiring, mentoring, and inspiring a diverse team are essential to your success, as you will establish high service standards across both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations while optimizing workflows will be another critical responsibility.
As the face of the restaurant, you will act as a brand ambassador, cultivating strong guest relationships and collaborating closely with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and coordinate high-profile events. The ideal candidate brings 5 to 10 years of leadership experience in upscale dining hospitality settings, with a demonstrated ability to execute strategic plans, manage finances, and inspire teams to exceed expectations. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Aloha POS systems is expected, alongside excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. While a bachelor’s degree is preferred, practical experience combined with leadership capability is highly valued.
In return for your leadership and dedication, we offer a competitive annual base salary in the range of $85,000 to $90,000 plus a 10 percent annual bonus potential, paid annually.
