Job Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of leadership experience in upscale dining hospitality
- Proven financial acumen and strategic planning ability
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Aloha POS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties
- Execute a food and beverage strategy focused on guest satisfaction, profitability, and operational excellence
- Manage annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and provide regular analysis of sales, labor efficiency, and cost controls
- Hire, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to maintain high service standards across all outlets
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and sanitary environment while optimizing workflows for both FOH and BOH
- Act as a visible leader to cultivate guest relationships and collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and high-profile events
