This position is for a General Manager at one of the Wendy's franchise locations in Saginaw, TX. As a General Manager, you will hold the key leadership role overseeing all people and operational aspects of the restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to create and sustain a fun and inviting workplace culture while upholding Wendy's core values daily. This role demands strong leadership skills to guide the entire restaurant team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive consistent sales and profit growth, and ensure operational excellence. You and your leadership team will work collaboratively to promote a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement across service, training, and business operations.

In managing the restaurant's profit and loss (P&L), you will control costs effectively and drive revenues by identifying opportunities in customer service enhancement and procedural optimizations. The General Manager is entrusted with the comprehensive business health of the restaurant, including employee development, adherence to food safety standards, and maintaining operational workflows that meet brand guidelines.
