Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Use of restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Willingness to obtain SERVSafe certification by the end of training
- Reliable transportation to commute to home store and occasional other locations
- Eligible to work in the country
- Ability to pass a background investigation
- Commitment to upholding brand standards and guidelines
- Ability to lead and develop a diverse team
- Strong commitment to food safety and quality procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to promote a customer-first attitude
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Interview, hire, train and orientate team
- Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
- Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
