The franchisee operation hiring for this role is opening a new store located in Harker Heights, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven General Manager to lead a new Wendy's team, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and a supportive environment for employees. This franchise location at 913 E Knights Way will serve the local community, aiming to deliver Wendy's high standards of food quality and customer experience. Important to note, this role involves managing one of Wendy’s independently owned and operated franchise restaurants, meaning compensation, benefits, and career progression may differ slightly from corporate-owned locations.

The role of General Manager at Wendy's is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. As General Manager, you'll be accountable for fostering a positive work environment that motivates and develops your team, ensures compliance with quality and safety standards, and drives business results. You will lead a team of employees, managing daily restaurant operations while focusing on achieving sales targets, profit goals, and operational efficiency.

Your leadership will be essential in promoting Wendy’s core values of quality, service, cleanliness, and value, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience. You will work closely with your leadership team to implement training programs, uphold food safety protocols, and streamline procedures to improve service delivery and operational performance. Managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement will be a key responsibility, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost control.
