Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours with or without reasonable accommodations
- Prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant
- Knowledge of P and L analysis beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work early morning shifts
- Commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
- Hands-on leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience with profit and loss analysis
- Proven strategies for food cost management
- Experience meeting labor targets
- Ability to recruit and develop team members
- Strong customer service focus
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of store operations with a treat it like you own it philosophy
- Open the store early with first bake preparation
- Ensure store is audit ready
- Manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Support team during breakfast and lunch rushes by working in all positions needed
- Close the store and prep for the next day including scheduling, ordering, inventory, and daily deposit handling
