Job Requirements
- At least 15 years of hotel operations experience in a leadership position
- Degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or similar
- Robust background in luxury hospitality in ski market destinations preferred
- Experience with property management or condo hotels
- Familiarity with Preferred Hotels & Resorts or other luxury hotel collections

Job Duties
- Champion the property’s operational excellence and financial performance, driving revenue growth and profitability in alignment with the annual business plan and commitment to deliver exceptional owner returns
- Lead the property’s market positioning with bold, innovative strategies that showcase theStelle’s unique offerings, differentiating the property from competitors while strengthening its presence in local, regional, and national markets
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to achieve precise forecasting projections
- proactively adjust business strategies to protect profit integrity and optimize performance
- Deliver best-in-class guest and team member experiences, consistently exceeding service expectations while upholding CoralTree Hospitality’s high standards of hospitality and genuine care
- Serve as the face of theStelle within the community and the broader hospitality industry, fostering strategic partnerships and representing the property with professionalism and authenticity
- Ensure a safe and secure resort environment by implementing and upholding policies that prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of guests, team members, and stakeholders
- Inspire, attract, and retain top-tier talent, cultivating a high-performance culture that prioritizes career growth, continuous learning, and leadership development in line with CoralTree Hospitality’s values
- Embed a guest-centric culture that consistently delivers exceptional service and ensuring every interaction reflects theStelle’s atmosphere of luxury hospitality
