This General Manager position at CRISP & GREEN represents a critical leadership role within the company. The General Manager serves as the primary representative and leader of the restaurant, entrusted with steering both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations. Job Requirements
- 3 years previous management/supervisory experience
- 5 years customer service experience
- Passion for living a healthy life
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-pace environment
- Full-time availability with a flexible schedule
- Able to work at least 50 hours per week
- Management experience in the restaurant industry preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong organizational skills

- In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant
- Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
- Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Crisp & Green, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders
- Recognize and reward excellent performance
- Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
- Motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
- Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail
- Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner
- Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more
- Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule
- Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs
- Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out
