Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in restaurant industry
  • Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
  • Valid drivers license
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to travel to multiple store locations
  • Physical ability to perform subordinate positions
  • Knowledge of Wendy's policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
  • Understanding of P&L analysis and corrective measures
  • Supervisory and training skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities

Job Duties

  • Meets budgeted sales targets
  • Sets controllable cost targets
  • Develops and executes local store marketing plan
  • Hires, trains and terminates subordinate managers
  • Maintains store cleanliness and quality standards
  • Trains store personnel in company procedures and customer service
  • Manages labor and food cost control using store systems
