Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in restaurant industry
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to travel to multiple store locations
- Physical ability to perform subordinate positions
- Knowledge of Wendy's policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- Understanding of P&L analysis and corrective measures
- Supervisory and training skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
Job Duties
- Meets budgeted sales targets
- Sets controllable cost targets
- Develops and executes local store marketing plan
- Hires, trains and terminates subordinate managers
- Maintains store cleanliness and quality standards
- Trains store personnel in company procedures and customer service
- Manages labor and food cost control using store systems
