In the role of General Manager, you will hold a pivotal position within the restaurant, overseeing all aspects of operations and leading the team to achieve success on multiple fronts. You will be accountable for creating and sustaining a fun, positive, and inviting workplace culture that motivates employees and translates into excellent customer service. Your leadership team and you will work in unison to foster a culture centered around consistency, performance excellence, and continuous development.

As General Manager, you will not only drive sales and profit growth but also maintain operational excellence by managing the restaurant's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement. This includes controlling costs, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and optimizing processes to enhance overall efficiency.
