Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- valid driver's license
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to work in hot and cold environments
- ability to perform physical inspections
- willingness to travel between stores as needed

Job Duties
- Meets budgeted sales targets
- sets controllable cost targets
- develops and executes local marketing plan
- hires, trains, and terminates subordinate managers
- trains store personnel in quality product preparation and service
- resolves customer complaints promptly
- maintains store cleanliness
- manages production labor and food cost control
- conducts weekly manager meetings
- follows company policies and procedures
- maintains safe working conditions
- manages performance reviews and corrective actions
