- College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-4 years experience as general manager in the restaurant industry
- Strong PC skills
- Flexible or open work availability
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to frequently bend, kneel, and lift 25-50 pounds
- Ability to use restaurant equipment and computer
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to complete training programs
