Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-4 years experience as general manager in the restaurant industry
  • Strong PC skills
  • Flexible or open work availability
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to frequently bend, kneel, and lift 25-50 pounds
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment and computer
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to complete training programs
  • Ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures
