Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to two years related experience and or training
- Serve-Safe certification
- Completion of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire
- Knowledge of company’s operating systems and procedures
- Knowledge of company’s policies and procedures
- Knowledge of P&L analysis and corrective measures
- Understanding of federal, state and local employment laws
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or one to two years related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Mathematical skills including basic algebra and geometry
- Understanding of federal, state and local employment laws
Job Duties
- Manage operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant including execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Ensure objectives are reached in all operational areas while following company guidelines
