Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience or training or equivalent combination
  • ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and government regulations
  • ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • ability to present information and respond to questions effectively
  • ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions and basic algebra
  • ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions
  • attend GM core classes and interviewing workshop within 90 days of hire
  • serve-safe certification

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
  • understanding of company policies and procedures
  • experience with p&l analysis and corrective measures
  • strong supervisory skills
  • planning and budgeting experience
  • familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws
  • effective communication and presentation skills
  • serve-safe certification

Job Duties

  • manage restaurant operations and staff
  • execute company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws
  • provide leadership and training to subordinate managers and crew
  • analyze profit and loss and implement corrective actions
  • plan and budget effectively
  • interview, hire, and develop staff
