Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience or training or equivalent combination
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and government regulations
- ability to write reports and business correspondence
- ability to present information and respond to questions effectively
- ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions and basic algebra
- ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions
- attend GM core classes and interviewing workshop within 90 days of hire
- serve-safe certification
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
- understanding of company policies and procedures
- experience with p&l analysis and corrective measures
- strong supervisory skills
- planning and budgeting experience
- familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws
- effective communication and presentation skills
- serve-safe certification
Job Duties
- manage restaurant operations and staff
- execute company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws
- provide leadership and training to subordinate managers and crew
- analyze profit and loss and implement corrective actions
- plan and budget effectively
- interview, hire, and develop staff
