Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to two years of related experience or training
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and manuals
- Ability to present information effectively
- Proficiency in mathematical calculations including algebra and geometry
- Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions
- Completion of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days
- Must obtain Serve-Safe certification
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- Knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
- Familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to analyze financial reports and handle budgeting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Serve-Safe certification
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations and staff
- Execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Ensure objectives are met in all areas per company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Conduct P&L analysis and implement corrective actions
- Oversee staffing, budgeting and planning activities
