We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager who embodies the spirit of hospitality from the ground up. This role is not just about managing operations behind the scenes; it’s about leading by example on the floor, engaging with both guests and team members to ensure every shift runs smoothly and every customer leaves satisfied. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of a high-volume caf environment, coordinating a dynamic team, controlling labor and cost expenditures, and maintaining the high standards that make Caf Olivia a beloved neighborhood gem. You will be a pivotal figure in shaping the unique culture of the caf, solving problems proactively, and providing reliable leadership that both employees and guests can depend on.

An ideal candidate will bring a hospitality-first mindset to every facet of their work—from coaching new team members and managing schedules during busy peak periods to sourcing products and analyzing financial performance. Experience working with specialty coffee and fast-paced counter service or fast casual dining environments is highly desirable. Strong financial acumen is essential, including the ability to read and manage Profit and Loss statements, create efficient staffing schedules, and enforce accountability within the team without diminishing the vibrant energy that defines a great caf environment.

This role demands a hands-on leader who is present and deeply invested in the operational success and growth of Caf Olivia. Job Requirements
