Job Requirements

  • ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
  • perform repetitive motions using hands and arms

  • awareness of potential hazards like hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors

Job Qualifications

  • at least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • strong customer service and complaint resolution abilities
  • experience managing budgets and controlling costs
  • problem-solving skills for operational challenges
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to organize multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • attention to detail with focus on food quality and safety standards
