Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant or foodservice management
- Ability to lead teams of 20-50 people
- Strong coaching and training capabilities
- Commitment to people-first leadership
- Ability to surpass prior sales performance
- Knowledge of Federal, State and local employment laws
- Availability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
- Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
- Develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
- Champion Wendy's operating systems
- Lead and direct the daily activities of 20-50 employees
- Train and coach team members effectively
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local laws
