Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including day, afternoon and night
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs for short distances
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College coursework or degree preferred
- Previous supervisory experience
- Hospitality industry experience preferred
- Proven track record as a restaurant manager
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to manage budgets and financial records

Job Duties
- Builds teams by identifying, recruiting and hiring the best talent
- Coaches, develops and motivates team members following training standards
- Prepares team schedules focusing on operational excellence and cost management
- Role models standards and maintains culture for captivating service
- Monitors compliance with health, safety and maintenance standards
- Prepares products to specification ensuring portion, quality and presentation control
- Maintains recipe integrity for consistent guest experience
- Manages cash handling and bank deposits
- Oversees budget, cost of goods sold, labor and payroll records
- Encourages salesmanship and suggestive selling culture
- Manages purchasing, inventory, receiving and waste monitoring
- Promotes and participates in brand-wide and local marketing initiatives
- Utilizes effective communication skills with team members, guests, and vendors
- Establishes environment of trust within the shop
- Demonstrates emotional resilience and problem-solving skills under pressure
