We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at Four Points by Sheraton Tucson Airport. This hands-on leadership role demands a proactive and adaptive individual with strong organizational skills and the capability to work extended hours. The General Manager will oversee the entire hotel operation, including guest services, staff management, revenue generation, and ensuring that the hotel's financial goals are met. A key focus will be on enhancing guest satisfaction and employee morale while driving profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management, demonstrated by productivity, meeting profit margins, and growth in Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS). Exceptional communication skills are essential to engage effectively with both employees and guests.
