Job Requirements
- minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- proven track record of successful hotel management
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- availability to work long hours and weekends
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- knowledge of industry reports and hotel performance metrics
Job Qualifications
- prior leadership experience in hotel management
- strong background in customer service and hospitality operations
- proven ability to meet financial goals and drive guest satisfaction
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- high level of proficiency with computers and hotel management software
- knowledge of accounts receivable, budgeting, forecasting, sales, and employee relations
- experience in preventive maintenance and safety protocols
Job Duties
- lead the hotel team to deliver exceptional customer service
- oversee daily hotel operations including guest services, food and beverage, and meeting spaces
- manage financial performance to meet revenue and profit goals
- inspire and motivate employees to maintain high morale
- maintain safety and compliance standards across the property
- engage effectively with guests to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
- implement and monitor budgets, forecasts, and industry metrics
