We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead the entire operation of this unique property. This position demands an ownership mindset, a passion for hospitality, and strong operational leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be the public face of our establishment, overseeing both the restaurant and the small lodging component with a hands-on approach. The General Manager will play a critical role in recruiting, training, and inspiring a dedicated front-of-house and back-of-house team that excels in hospitality. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years of management experience in upscale or fine dining
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- high level of hospitality and customer service orientation
- willingness to relocate to Rhinelander WI or surrounding Northwoods area
- current valid driver’s license
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

- Minimum of 5 years management experience in upscale or fine dining
- proven leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating teams
