Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years of management experience in upscale or fine dining
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- high level of hospitality and customer service orientation
- willingness to relocate to Rhinelander WI or surrounding Northwoods area
- current valid driver’s license
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in upscale or fine dining
- proven leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating teams
- strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- entrepreneurial mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities
- familiarity with marketing strategies and community engagement
- passion for the hospitality industry and guest service excellence
- ability to adapt and thrive in a rural outdoor setting
Job Duties
- Recruit train and inspire a high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house team
- drive revenue through innovative marketing local partnerships and impeccable financial management
- oversee daily operations ensuring every detail exceeds guest expectations
- become a staple of the Tomahawk community building relationships with locals and seasonal visitors alike
- manage the small lodging component alongside the restaurant operations
- foster a culture of excellence and hospitality throughout the property
- collaborate effectively with partners or co-managers if applicable
