Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle operational and staffing challenges
- Commitment to following company policies and procedures
- Availability to work at the Knoxville, Tennessee location

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management or leadership roles preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations and staff including crew, shift supervisors, and assistant general managers
- Execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems faithfully
- Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives across all areas during each shift
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws as well as ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Promote a positive and productive "People Excellence" environment
- Inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Wendy's quality standards
