Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in the food service industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Good physical stamina for restaurant environment
- Valid work authorization
