Job Requirements

  • Minimum six months of Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience with another concept
  • Recommendation from current Area Manager if applicable
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to calculate and analyze data
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels
  • Ability to interpret Profit and Loss Statements
  • Computer literate

Job Duties

  • Directing the daily operations of a restaurant
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability
  • Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer
  • Managing financial aspects including interpreting Profit and Loss Statements
  • Recruiting, training, and retaining staff members
  • Monitoring and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
  • Performing other duties as required or assigned
