Job Duties
- Hiring and development of a rock star Wendy’s team
- Facilitating proper standards and procedures
- Role modeling and maintaining the highest level of guest service at all times
- Inventory counting and recording
- Creating teammate and management schedules
- Opening and closing the restaurant as part of the management schedule and completing additional administrative duties weekly, monthly, and quarterly
- Developing and coaching the team to maintain the positive dining experience of customers
- Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
- Maximizing store sales and achieving profit goals
- Maintaining QSC standards and ensuring that the Wendy’s brand and assets are protected
