Job Description

The Briad Group, headquartered in Livingston, NJ, is a prominent and rapidly expanding hospitality company in the United States. This role is for a Restaurant General Manager at one of the Wendy's franchise locations operated by the Briad Group. The General Manager plays a crucial leadership role and acts as the key coach and mentor for the entire team. This position involves not only managing the daily operations of the restaurant but also training, coaching, and developing the management team and restaurant staff to promote a positive and productive work culture. The General Manager is expected to uphold the highest standards of guest service, ensuring that every customer has an excellent dining experience. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory management, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness standards (QSC), and protecting the Wendy's brand and assets.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can open and close the restaurant, handle administrative duties on a regular schedule, and foster a collaborative team environment. Candidates for this position must possess a strong work ethic, demonstrate leadership capabilities, and have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Job Duties

  • Hiring and development of a rock star Wendy’s team
  • Facilitating proper standards and procedures
  • Role modeling and maintaining the highest level of guest service at all times
  • Inventory counting and recording
  • Creating teammate and management schedules
  • Opening and closing the restaurant as part of the management schedule and completing additional administrative duties weekly, monthly, and quarterly
  • Developing and coaching the team to maintain the positive dining experience of customers
  • Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
  • Maximizing store sales and achieving profit goals
  • Maintaining QSC standards and ensuring that the Wendy’s brand and assets are protected
