Job Duties
- Manage operations and staff of the Wendy's restaurant
- Execute all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas while following Company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Create and maintain a 'People Excellence' environment
- Foster a customer-oriented, highly productive team
