Job Duties

  • Manage operations and staff of the Wendy's restaurant
  • Execute all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas while following Company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • Create and maintain a 'People Excellence' environment
  • Foster a customer-oriented, highly productive team
