- Basic financial acumen
Job Duties
- Provide vision and leadership to all crew, shift supervisors and restaurant managers
- Inspire team members to exceed customer expectations
- Ensure every item served meets Wendy's quality standards
- Maintain the Wendy's spirit and culture within the restaurant
- Develop and mentor team members to advance their skills
- Create a customer-oriented, highly productive team
- Oversee operations including food safety procedures, sales goals and asset protection
