The position available is that of a General Manager, a pivotal role responsible for driving the restaurant's success by providing strong leadership, inspiring teams, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

The General Manager role is essential in shaping the customer experience and restaurant operations by leading Crew, Shift Supervisors, and Restaurant Managers. They deliver the vision and motivation necessary to exceed customer expectations consistently while achieving or surpassing financial goals every shift. The General Manager understands that restaurant growth balances people development and financial performance. They inspire team members to exceed standards, uphold Wendy's quality in every item served, and maintain the spirit and culture of the Wendy's brand within the restaurant.
