Job Requirements

- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods without a break
- Willingness to travel to other restaurants and area office
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Strong desire to provide excellent customer service

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- Proven experience in restaurant management or related leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- Manage and ensure achievement of restaurant objectives
- Execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to management and crew team
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including quality control and food safety compliance
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs
- Schedule staff and manage labor effectively
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
