Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related field
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to comply with health and safety regulations
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service

- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, payroll, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Drive sales growth through strategic planning and community engagement
- Maintain a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and high employee morale
- Implement company standards and initiatives to enhance service and operational performance
