Job Duties

  • oversee all restaurant operations including staff management and customer service
  • manage hiring, training, and development of restaurant team
  • create and sustain a positive and fun work environment
  • model Wendy's core values and lead by example
  • manage profit and loss statement to control costs and achieve profit targets
  • identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvements
  • ensure compliance with food safety procedures and promote a culture of safety
