Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of restaurant management experience
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Up-beat and engaging personality
- Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
- Highly collaborative nature
- Exhibit a sense of urgency
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent math skills including basic computations and basic algebra
- Ability to travel to other restaurants, meetings, etc. as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25-50 lbs)
Job Qualifications

- Excellent math skills including basic algebra concepts
- Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to travel to other restaurants and meetings as needed
Job Duties
- Provide vision and leadership to crew, shift supervisors, and restaurant managers
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure business objectives are met
- Develop and mentor team members to build a customer-oriented, productive staff
- Monitor and enforce food safety procedures and QSC standards
- Maximize store sales goals and participate in marketing programs
- Anticipate and address operational problems proactively
- Maintain fast, accurate service and exceptional customer experiences
