The role being offered is that of a General Manager at one of Wendy's franchise locations in Albuquerque, NM. As a General Manager, you will be the key leader responsible for the overall management and success of the restaurant. This includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining food quality, and managing a team. The General Manager acts as the primary point of contact between the restaurant and the district management, providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for employees. With an annual salary ranging from $61,000 to $71,000, this position offers a competitive compensation package along with a variety of employee benefits. Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year restaurant management experience
  • QSR or fast-casual experience preferred but not required
  • ability to work both independently and as a member of a team

  • must have a great personality, a desire to serve guests, and enjoy working as part of a team, and be upbeat and engaging
  • strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
