Job Requirements

  • Minimum three to four years of experience leading people
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety procedure and standards
  • Flexible work availability
  • Willingness to travel to other locations as needed
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel and lift 25 to 50 pounds
  • Capability to handle weather-related challenges
  • Proficiency in using restaurant equipment like grills, registers and computers

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum three to four years of leadership experience, preferably in foodservice
  • Demonstrated ability to manage fast-paced operations
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and develop teams
  • Experience with restaurant equipment and technology

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage all restaurant operations and staff
  • Ensure food safety procedures and quality standards are followed
  • Train and motivate shift managers and crew members to perform effectively
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and achieve profit goals
  • Handle customer service issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and cash handling procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
