Job Requirements
- Minimum three to four years of experience leading people
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety procedure and standards
- Flexible work availability
- Willingness to travel to other locations as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel and lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Capability to handle weather-related challenges
- Proficiency in using restaurant equipment like grills, registers and computers
Job Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to manage fast-paced operations

Job Duties
- Lead and manage all restaurant operations and staff
- Ensure food safety procedures and quality standards are followed
- Train and motivate shift managers and crew members to perform effectively
- Develop strategies to increase sales and achieve profit goals
- Handle customer service issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cash handling procedures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
