This job opportunity is for the role of General Manager at one of Manna Inc.'s Wendy's franchise locations. The General Manager holds full responsibility for the overall success and operational performance of the restaurant, operating a multi-million dollar business. This position involves managing day-to-day operations including staff supervision, guest service excellence, maintaining highest food quality standards, driving sales growth, controlling operational costs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The General Manager sets the tone and culture of the restaurant, acting as a role model and leader dedicated to fostering a fun, family-oriented work environment. This leadership role not only requires excellent interpersonal skills but also a passion for outstanding customer service and a commitment to delivering fresh, quality food with a fast and friendly service style.

Job Qualifications

  • at least 2 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
  • proven ability to lead and develop teams
  • strong customer service skills
  • experience managing budgets and controlling costs
  • ability to resolve complaints and maintain guest satisfaction
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • strong attention to detail particularly in food quality and safety
