Job Requirements
- ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
- ability to perform repetitive motions using hands and arms

Job Qualifications
- at least 2 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
- proven ability to lead and develop teams
- strong customer service skills
- experience managing budgets and controlling costs
- ability to resolve complaints and maintain guest satisfaction
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- strong attention to detail particularly in food quality and safety
