Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • One to two years related experience and/or training
  • Serve-Safe certification
  • Completion of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire
  • Knowledge of company operating systems and policies
  • Ability to lead and train staff
  • Compliance with all legal and ethical business practices

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
  • Understanding of company policies and practices
  • Ability to read and interpret business periodicals and governmental regulations
  • Skill in writing reports and business correspondence
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Ability to calculate figures and apply algebra and geometry concepts
  • Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws

Job Duties

  • Manage operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant including execution of company policies, Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws, Provide leadership and training to managers and crew, Conduct P&L analysis and implement corrective measures, Plan and budget restaurant operations, Oversee interviewing and hiring practices, Develop training and development programs
