Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Serve-Safe certification
- Completion of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire
- Knowledge of company operating systems and policies
- Ability to lead and train staff
- Compliance with all legal and ethical business practices
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
- Understanding of company policies and practices
- Ability to read and interpret business periodicals and governmental regulations
- Skill in writing reports and business correspondence
- Effective presentation skills
- Ability to calculate figures and apply algebra and geometry concepts
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
Job Duties
- Manage operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant including execution of company policies, Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws, Provide leadership and training to managers and crew, Conduct P&L analysis and implement corrective measures, Plan and budget restaurant operations, Oversee interviewing and hiring practices, Develop training and development programs
