Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
- one year of restaurant management experience
- must be dependable and punctual
- neat, clean and professional appearance
- upbeat and engaging personality
- fluent English-speaking and writing skills
- highly collaborative nature
- exhibit a sense of urgency
- strong work ethic
- excellent math skills including basic computations and ability to apply basic algebra
- ability to travel to other restaurants, meetings, etc. as needed
- ability to stand for long periods
- frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25-50 lbs)

Job Duties
- Provide vision and leadership to all Crew, Shift Supervisors, and Restaurant Managers
- ensure each customer's expectations are exceeded every visit
- achieve or exceed business objectives every shift, every day
- oversee operations for a designated Wendy's restaurant
- develop and mentor team members
- monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
- maximize store sales and profit goals
- maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards
- ensure protection of Wendy's brand and assets
- inspire team members to go above and beyond
- help every team member advance by developing their skills
- create a team of customer-oriented, highly productive employees
- anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
- maintain fast, accurate service and provide excellent customer service
- ensure continual improvement of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- maximize store sales goals versus budget including participation in marketing programs
