This role demands a strong leadership presence as you will be responsible for guiding and developing subordinate managers and crew members, establishing a productive and positive work environment that emphasizes team collaboration and high performance.

In your role as restaurant manager, you will ensure that all restaurant operations align with corporate standards and comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding food safety, employment, and ethical business practices. You will be charged with driving business objectives and attaining targets in every functional area of the restaurant while maintaining operational efficiency. Your duties will include handling financial components such as profit and loss analysis to implement corrective measures that improve the restaurant’s profitability. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff, fostering ongoing learning and skill-building initiatives to enhance workforce capability. You will also conduct inventory management, scheduling, customer service oversight, and ensure health and safety standards are consistently met.

Working with WKS Restaurant Group as a Wendy’s manager provides access to comprehensive benefits such as medical, vision, and dental insurance starting shortly after employment, life insurance, a 401k plan with company matching contributions, and paid vacation. The company also values continuous training and expects every manager to complete essential training workshops, including GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshops. Serving as the frontline leader at one of the nation’s leading fast-food establishments, you will gain invaluable experience in restaurant management, people leadership, and operational excellence. This opportunity is perfect for individuals passionate about the foodservice industry who possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and desire to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
