Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age
minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service and/or hospitality management
proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office
ability to display a high degree of judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
ability to frequently lift to 20 lbs
occasionally to 40 lbs
excellent time management, communication, and organization skills
ability to motivate, inspire, and lead a team
genuine enthusiasm and competitive nature
successful completion of food handling and alcohol certifications required by local and state governments within first 90 days of employment

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service and/or hospitality management

Job Duties

Uphold company operations standards to ensure optimal safety and satisfaction for guests and team members
interact with guests to ensure the best guest experience
develop and coach team leads to cultivate team member engagement and buy-in
collaborate with team leads to ensure adequate staffing and sustainable labor costs
oversee all hiring, training, and development
lead by example, delegate responsibilities, and hold team leads accountable
maximize in-center revenue, minimize cost of goods sold (COGS), and meet labor cost targets
collaborate with leadership and Home Office staff to improve operations, guest experience, and team engagement
foster relationships within the community and promote the Andy B's brand
other duties as assigned
demonstrate and reinforce Andy B's core values: teamwork, service, inspiring fun, excellence
