Desmond Foods LP, along with its associated entities Wendy's of Fresno Inc., Wendy's of Santa Clara Inc., and Peninsula Foods LP, represents some of the most highly respected Wendy's franchise organizations on the West Coast. Beginning with their very first Wendy's location in Fresno, California nearly 50 years ago, these companies have grown to operate 45 restaurants throughout California and continue to expand. The role offered is a leadership position within one of these franchise organizations, ideal for a dynamic individual passionate about operational excellence and team development within the fast-food restaurant industry. As a leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing restaurant sales and profit goals relative to budget and previous years, consistently meeting or exceeding Wendy's Headquarters Service and Quality Standards (HQSC). The position demands a hands-on approach to coaching and training team members, developing subordinates to build a strong bench for future leadership opportunities. This role also carries the responsibility for championing Wendy's unique operating systems, ensuring that each aspect of the business adheres to company protocols and standards.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
