Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Compliance with federal, state and local laws
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment
- Strong coaching and team development skills
- Ability to effectively manage 20-50 employees
- Knowledge of restaurant operating systems
- Commitment to exceed sales and service goals
- Understanding of regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
- Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
- Develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
- Champion Wendy's operating systems
- Lead and direct the daily activities of 20-50 employees
- Follow federal, state and local laws
- Act as a hands-on coach and trainer
