- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively

Job Duties

- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Oversee day-to-day business performance and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory, budgeting and financial management
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
