Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or related field
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Capability to comply with company policies and legal regulations

Job Duties
- Manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant including execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas while following company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Create and maintain a 'People Excellence' environment
- Inspire team members to go above and beyond
- Ensure every item served meets Wendy's quality standards
