Job Requirements
- ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
- perform repetitive motions using hands and arms
- frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting and reaching
- capability to walk stairs and use a step ladder
- occasional sitting, talking and active listening
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- willingness to work flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to work in a fast-paced, loud environment
- adapt to varying temperature zones including hot kitchen and cold storage
- use of proper personal protective equipment and training
- awareness of safety hazards including hot surfaces, sharp objects and wet floors
Job Qualifications
- at least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
- proven ability to lead and develop a team
- strong customer service skills
- experience managing budgets and controlling costs
- ability to resolve customer complaints
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- strong attention to detail regarding food quality and cleanliness
