This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee who owns and operates a McDonald's restaurant. It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, food products, and branding while running the restaurant, but all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee. McDonald's USA does not control these employment decisions and will not receive any applications or be involved in the interview or hiring process for this position. This creates a distinct and independent work environment for employees hired at this franchisee-operated restaurant.

The position available is for a General Manager who will be responsible for leading the restaurant towards profitability while ensuring compliance with McDonald's critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. The General Manager will be the driving force behind operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

This role requires an individual capable of managing a team of Department Managers, each responsible for specific areas within the restaurant. The General Manager will coach, direct, and support these managers to improve their department’s performance, ensuring the entire restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently. This position also includes responsibility for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team that will sustain restaurant success over the long term.

Ideal candidates for this General Manager role possess previous experience managing high-volume locations, preferably within quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail environments. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for this management position. Job Duties
