The position available is for a General Manager who will be responsible for leading the restaurant towards profitability while ensuring compliance with McDonald's critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. This leadership role involves setting the restaurant’s goals in collaboration with higher-level leaders and implementing strategic plans to achieve these goals. The General Manager will be the driving force behind operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

This role requires an individual capable of managing a team of Department Managers, each responsible for specific areas within the restaurant. The General Manager will coach, direct, and support these managers to improve their department’s performance, ensuring the entire restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently. This position also includes responsibility for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team that will sustain restaurant success over the long term.

Ideal candidates for this General Manager role possess previous experience managing high-volume locations, preferably within quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail environments. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for this management position.
