Job Requirements
- Work a flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be available to close the store at least once per week
- Attend corporate meetings and conferences including overnight and interstate travel
- Maintain valid identification for airline travel
- Frequent use of computer and telephonic devices
- Continuous mobility with frequent bending, pushing, reaching, twisting, lifting, carrying up to 25 lbs
- Continuous walking and coordination
- Able to comply with company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience
- Success in financial management including driving sales and controlling expenses
- Proven retail management skills in inventory monitoring, operational excellence, and merchandising execution
- Experience leading, developing, and motivating teams
- Proficient with Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt, use good judgment, and perform under pressure
Job Duties
- Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed retail and service sales goals, payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink
- Drive company profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control
- Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to maximize productivity and achieve sales and payroll goals
- Address issues identified by financial and operational reporting and store audits to achieve goals
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance guest experience and drive sales
- Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team and address staffing needs
- Lead manager and associate development including training, coaching, performance reviews, succession planning, and individual development plans
