Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, develop and retain crew, maintenance, and management staff
  • Motivate team to achieve common goals and deliver excellent customer service
  • Develop and execute local store marketing plans to maximize sales
  • Manage food quality, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards daily
  • Accurately project, measure and control food, labor, and other P&L line items
  • Schedule staff effectively to meet business needs across all shifts
  • Ensure all security procedures are followed
  • Conduct leadership meetings and performance appraisals
  • Train and develop employees, including interviewing applicants
  • Execute new product and promotion launches
  • Maintain physical plant and equipment
  • Model performance standards and work in various roles as needed
