This franchisee has the exclusive license to use McDonald's brand logos, food products, and operational standards, but is entirely responsible for all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, staffing, and scheduling within its respective restaurant locations. This distinction means that successful candidates will be employed by this franchisee and not by the corporate McDonald's USA. The role offered here is for a General Manager position, a pivotal leadership role responsible for the overall success and profitability of the restaurant. The General Manager's main objective is to uphold McDonald's high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness—critical factors that contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth. This position demands strong leadership and organizational skills, as the General Manager will be in charge of directing the team, managing daily operations, and making strategic decisions to meet and exceed store goals.
