Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous management experience in a high volume quick service restaurant
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a general manager in a McDonald's or other quick service restaurant
- background in hospitality or retail management preferred

- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- 18 years or older
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant adhering to McDonald's customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- collaborate with leader to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead a team of Department Managers by helping set goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- manage daily operations ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth
- oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee development
- maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies
