This job opportunity is presented by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchisee, a separate entity from McDonald's USA. This franchisee has the exclusive license to use McDonald's brand logos, food products, and operational standards, but is entirely responsible for all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, staffing, and scheduling within its respective restaurant locations. This distinction means that successful candidates will be employed by this franchisee and not by the corporate McDonald's USA. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • previous management experience in a high volume quick service restaurant
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • availability to work flexible hours
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • commitment to quality, service, and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a general manager in a McDonald's or other quick service restaurant
  • background in hospitality or retail management preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • proven ability to achieve business goals
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant adhering to McDonald's customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • collaborate with leader to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead a team of Department Managers by helping set goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • manage daily operations ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth
  • oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee development
  • maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies
