This job opportunity is presented by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchisee, a separate entity from McDonald's USA. This franchisee has the exclusive license to use McDonald's brand logos, food products, and operational standards, but is entirely responsible for all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, staffing, and scheduling within its respective restaurant locations. This distinction means that successful candidates will be employed by this franchisee and not by the corporate McDonald's USA. The franchisee operates with the goal of delivering the renowned McDonald's experience while fostering a supportive and growth-oriented work environment for its team members.

The role offered here is for a General Manager position, a pivotal leadership role responsible for the overall success and profitability of the restaurant. The General Manager's main objective is to uphold McDonald's high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness—critical factors that contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth. This position demands strong leadership and organizational skills, as the General Manager will be in charge of directing the team, managing daily operations, and making strategic decisions to meet and exceed store goals.
